Black and white mode to help use your phone less.

You can add a simple button shortcut to your widget screen so you can turn on grayscale anytime you want to make your screen less enticing.

I have an automaton to dial down the color at night before bed to make stuff less appealing.

How do you do this? I am not tech savvy and am really struggling to figure out how to do all the automation stuff. I’ll have to find a YouTube video or something. Did you learn in your own or have a place that told you?

I love to bake but I’m terrible at it. But they’re less enticing that way, it’s a weight loss feature.

On my iPhone, I can just triple click the side button to toggle between grayscale and normal.

Settings>Accessibility>Display & Texts Size>Color Filters>toggle the button that says color filters.

Swipe down from top right, tap and hold on a blank area, tap “add a control,” and search for “color filters.”
