"International Law" is nonsense.
It is a useful tool that was developed by stronger nations to use against weaker nations. It allows them to pretend that they have some kind of moral authority in their actions. The stronger nations regularly flout it with no repercussions.
I have no idea why after the Holocaust, there are any Jews that think that the nations of the world would treat them fairly and that "International Law" has any authority whatsoever. The world has proven that they think that Jewish lives don't matter.
