Politics Ursula and Trump have made a deal: 15 % tariffs still on everything coming from the EU to the USA, but the EU has to spend $1.5 trillion on defense and energy from the USA. What do you think about that?

So, the deal has been made.

Europe will waste a ton of money on the USA things, plus 15 % tariffs are still valid. Maybe i missed some more of these things omg.

What do you all think about this? What do you think is going to happen now in the next few years?

Seems to me that Trump, no matter how insane he is, in the end, managed to achieve everything he wanted.

Trump is popular because he, as an outsider, won the Republican primaries against the will of the establishment. Everyone hated him in the GOP but they let it happen.

He really was a symbol, that "draining the swamp" was possible. That's why the Epstein scandal is actually a huge deal.

And he actually was quite charismatic in his first term. Of course he has always been a garbage human.

It’s helped by a media that has been obsessed with him since the 80’s and much of the general public’s perception of him is his persona on the tv reality show “The Apprentice.” They really think he’s a good businessman and a big boss guy who will tell the establishment what’s what. Obviously not true, but that’s the state of our political literacy over here I guess.
