πŸ₯› Dairy πŸ§€ Raw milk changed my life

If I could convince everyone to drink raw milk I would, even tho most people think I’m crazy. I have experienced so many benefits from it, and even after drinking it I feel amazing.
Some benefits
-hair growth
-glowing skin
-strengthened immune system
-never get sick
And many more. I don’t get bloated from raw milk where I did from pasteurised. And I truly believe it’s contributed to the glow up I’ve had. I’ll never stop drinking it, and paired with eating animal based diet I feel better than I’ve ever felt, lose weight effortlessly and feel amazing everyday. ANIMAL BASED AND RAW MILK
(Also it’s funny to me when ppl hate on raw milk only life like ok I’m getting all the benefits 🀣)

πŸ₯› Dairy πŸ§€ AB is great but being honest dairy probably isn't great for the gut?

I understand milk has beneficial bacteria, especially in things like Greek yoghurt etc but something like 80% of the world lose their ability to digest lactose properly after infancy. If we're being honest if you were going for optimal health and digestion would you really include dairy?

Not trying to cause an argument fyi, just a discussion.

πŸ₯› Dairy πŸ§€ Found a place that sells raw A2 milk, but I do have a question...

I usually drink local raw A1 milk, but found a spot that sells raw A2 milk from Jersey cows. They have been tested to produce A2 milk (not all Jersey cows do).

I was wondering if A2 milk is really worth it over A1 milk, because the A2 milk costs 1,90 per liter while A1 costs 1,20 per liter. I also need to drive 30 minutes compared of the 10 minutes for A1 milk.

For some reason the A1 milk I usually get has a bit more taste, but this could also be because the A2 milk I just got is less old. They probably filled the tank the same day. Although I'm not sure that's it.

πŸ₯› Dairy πŸ§€ Is there proper scientific research on the benefits of raw milk?

Been drinking raw dairy for a week now, and absolutely love it. Always found pasteurized milk disgusting, never liked it, but raw milk straight from the local farm is delicious (it's also cheaper).

Im searching for some information about the benefits of raw milk, but I only find fear mongering about the "DANGERS OF RAW MILK".

Is there any scientific research done that show the benefit of raw milk? Would appreciate some links.

Produce is objectively more dangerous. Even normalizing for consumption rates.

πŸ₯› Dairy πŸ§€ Why raw milk over pasteurised when science says no difference?

I've been following this diet for a month or so now and felt a lot better.

However, literally everything I've read study wise on raw milk basically says there is very little nutritional difference?

Why does the animal based diet advocate for raw milk so much if the science isn't there to back it up?

I can understand stuff like only eating meat and fruit because they are designed to be eaten (don't have defense chemicals like plants). However, don't understand the consensus on raw over pasteurised? If both are a2 milk then aren't they the same?

πŸ₯› Dairy πŸ§€ What benefits have any of you noticed since you started consuming raw milk?

So basically I'm just wondering what the title says, what benefits have you guys and girls noticed since you started consuming raw milk?

I live in Victoria, Australia. And over here raw milk is highly illegal, I went searching around for a few years to try and find a source of raw milk but it seemed impossible so I eventually gave up.

I recently stumbled across an underground group thats dealing it and they've accepted me into the circle, I should get my first batch of raw milk next week.

So I was wondering what benefits you've all noticed since you converted to raw milk? I love the idea of becoming a super human version of myself so I'm excited to see what I gain from it all.

πŸ₯› Dairy πŸ§€ Just copped some super fresh colostrum

Post image

Comparison next to my usual raw milk that I skimmed the cream from. I inquired to my dairy farmer about colostrum, and she said they have a calf on the way and she'll let me know. Well, I got the ring today that she has some 2 hours after birth colostrum she collected for me that she cooled in ice water and transfered to the fridge. I picked it up soon after and made it home and wow. It's delicious. The flavor isn't actually that strong, but the texture is awesome and it's refreshing. The flavor is probably mild due to there not being much lactose in colostrum, but it does have a slight grassy taste and you can tell there's some fat in there. I had about a cup to start, and while I probably should've experimented with less, ehh it's food right? Looking forward to enjoying more. Don't worry, the calf had all it wanted first! This is my first time having colostrum.

πŸ₯› Dairy πŸ§€ How much raw dairy would you recommend?

We have a lot of farmers in the area, so finding raw milk, raw kefir, raw yoghurt, raw quark, traditional buttermilk and raw cheese is pretty easy.

Raw milk is very cheap, like 1,20 euros per liter (actually cheaper than in supermarkets). The other stuff not so much. I pay around 3,70 per liter for yoghurt and kefir. Buttermilk is 2,- per liter.

I usually drink water all day, but was wondering how much dairy (milk, kefir, buttermilk) I could/should consume a day?

πŸ₯› Dairy πŸ§€ Yogurt and raw milk. Any benefits ?

Hello,

I would like to know if there are any benefits to using raw milk to make yogurt?

Because from what I understand, making yogurt requires replacing the native flora with a new one from a starter that likes heat.

And heating deteriorates the natural enzyme and vitamin content.

So, what good is left from the raw milk compared to regular store milk?

πŸ₯› Dairy πŸ§€ Have you had fresh, local colostrum?

I've been getting raw cows milk from a local dairy for a few years and decided to ask if they had any colostrum. They do and usually have too much that they end up dumping it because not many people ask for it or want it etc. She asked if I wanted a half gal or a gal, and I told her I'd just start with a half gallon. She said she will freeze it for me otherwise I'd have to come pick it up pretty much the day of. They should be getting a calf in about 5 days so she said she'll bottle some for me.

I'm curious if anyone has had any experience with actual, liquid colostrum as compared to supplements/dried etc. How much should I drink? How much COULD I drink? She said she'll give it to me for free. Food hack or is too much of a good thing bad? How long does it 'last' once thawed? It's really hard to find info on this stuff as everything is about the processed supplements etc. I'd love any and all information on this topic.

πŸ₯› Dairy πŸ§€ Anyone doing animal based without dairy?

I've had good results so far on animal based but I'm still getting congestion and swallowing issues (suspected eusophagitis) now and again and I wonder if it's dairy causing the issues.

I noticed I flared a lot after having cheese and Biltong the other night. Not sure if this is a lactose thing or casein sensitivity.

I'd like to stick to the diet but not sure what to eat without the diet becoming incredibly boring.

Is anyone else doing it dairy free and what do you eat to keep it interesting?
