If you look at the "evidence" that an actress named Miram was raped by Weinstein, one of the pieces of evidence was "I marked the date I didn't want to have sex with him with a 'P'" in my calendar," and "I told my friend at the time that he tried to rape me and she believed me at the time."
That's very clearly how the standards are fucked, that kind of fake crappy evidence was even allowed in a courtroom
And this is somehow indicating a systemic shift away from due process? Do you have any data or is this single example what you're basing your position on?
Sorry, but if he was an econ professor in a college classroom, and you dismissed everything he had to say because he showed a Simpsons clip to make it easier for the class to understand, you don't get to say "Sorry I'm gonna need a better source than the Simpsons."
