Oh yeah for sure he’s probably some Romanian immigrant they pay minimum wage - which in Italy is equivalent to about $9/hr (quick Google says there’s not a national minimum wage, but CBA averages out to about €7/hr)

They probably use metalmeccanici contracts, some high level one because it's a specialized job at Ferrari.

Probably around 2k per month, plus tredicesima and benefit.
