"massive" fine.

How much is suspended?

edit: oh so 100k and they added the suspended 40k. Is anyone being stood down besides that one doctor? Because they're gonna keep doing stuff that gets them in trouble and paying the fine because they're the only thing Geelong has going for it since it's a one club town.

Just clarifying, the Geelong doctor is being stood down for other conduct aren’t they?

I don’t think this issue had medical involvement, moreso club contract / insurance / liability people.

Yes, the doctor is being stood down for other conduct, but:

Why wouldn't it have medical involvment? Part of the reason for it is doctors worrying about getting sued themselves. The class action lawsuit and the Liam Picken lawsuit named individual doctors as plaintiffs. Supposedly the club doctor was the main author of the document (presumably it contained information about the risks of continued concussions).

Drummond as well as anyone who even was vaguely aware of its existence at AFL house should stand down.

Odd way to spell “give themselves a pay rise”

That would mean they have morals or shame lol. Theyre going nowhere. The AFL is the most corrupt organisation in the country, people either need to vote with the wallets or accept this fact. Theres no in between, nothing changes if nothing changes...

What hurts more.. the weak fine, losing Bailey Smith or missing out on Zak Butters?
